How Do I automate contact name on calendar appointments?

Can someone please tell me how I can get contact name to show on the
calendar when I set and appointment? When the calendar synchronizes with my
pocket PC it does not let me know who I have the appointment with.

Right click drag & drop the contact record on to the Calendar and choose
Copy here as Appointment with Text.

Thank you, is there a way to have the contact name to post when ever an
appointment is set from within the contact window?

Not really, that 'just' puts the contact in question into the Contacts field
of the appointment.
