Default ASSIGN PERMANENT CALENDAR BACKGROUND COLORS

I do HR for 4 companies. Each company has a color code for all paperwork. Is
there a way to permanently assign a company color to each of the 4 calendars
so it will come up the same color every time? The calendars appear to change
color according to the order in which I open them. This gets confusing
because I open and close various calendars several times a day!

No need to post three times. Once would do.

I'm sorry, I just thought it would reach more readers if it was in different
categories. This was my first post.

OOPS! I just saw it three times in the Suggestion box. I was having trouble
posting it here, and didn't think it went through. I'm a rookie! Bear with
me, I also put it under general questions and Outlook Calendaring...sorry

I'd like to recommend you use a real newsreader to post. The web interface
has always been flakey.

I hate to admit this, but I don't even know what that is. I just wanted to
know if I can assign colors to the calendars. I was stumbling through the
Microsoft website looking for answers, and came across this.
PS: I'm really not as dumb as I sound. I get around pretty good in the
software, but this newsgroup stuff is new to me!
