Merging Excell 2010 and Outlook 2010 problems
Hello All,
This is a first post, so go easy. I am trying to import some dates and events into Outlook from Excel using import/export. I exported some calendar details as CSV successfully in to Excel so as to get the correct field names. I altered some of the dates, categories etc. as a test, including Reminder=TRUE. The import back to Outlook partially worked with the dates and category colours, but the Reminders was set to NONE, despite having a date and reminder+TRUE. I looked at the field mapping which was all OK. I am at a loss to know why this doesn't work. I know that there are VBA answers to this, but for a few dates and events this looks like overkill, and it should work in any case. Any help/suggestions appreciated. |
