Default Search/Find with multiple calendars open?

I am an assistant to several people. Is there a way to do a search or find on
one person's calendar for a meeting, without having to remove the other two
or three calendar's (including my own) to do this?

If you are using Outlook 2003 with multiple calendars in view (selected) try
using the advanced fine. I am able to locate items using the subject of the
meeting or notes or the organizer and not have to close the other calendar
items. Also, you could see about using MSN Desktop and Web search tool.
I find this very helpful.

Francine:

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, this seems to still only search my
calendar and not my superiors. I will check out those other sites for
assistance.
