Cool Mtg Organizer leaving company

I will be leaving my employer soon and my profile in Outlook will be deleted. I am the organizer of a few recurring meetings set up over the next few months. Once my profile is deleted, will it also delete the meetings that show me as "Organizer"? If so, is there a way I can name a new organizer without cancelling/resetting them?

Thanks.
