Default Orphaned Meetings

Recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2007.
User_1 had created an infinite recurring meeting in 2003 that was migrated
to 2007.
User_1 no longer with company, mailbox has been removed.
..
User_2 was originally a participant, but is now listed as organizer.
Meeting does not show up in User_2 Calendar. Event log reports 'warnings'
that refer to these items.
..
User_2 had forwarded me an old invitation, which added me to meeting
participants. It showed in my calendar, but not User_2.
..
Is is possible to 'change' the organizer of a meeting? If not, how can I
track this meeting down and delete it?
