Outlook 2003 stops working in Vista home
 

Outlook 2003 stops working within seconds of opening. Did not start
happening until recent Vista updates. No solutions offered. No problems
with Office 2007.
Dell Inspirion 1420, Duo Core 2, Windows Vista.

Turned off Add-ins.

What do you mean by "it stops working". Does it crash? Does it not start?
Can you see Outlook.exe in Task Manager?
