Default Business Contact Manager

I just downloaded a trial copy of Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. I tried other contact management software, but was less than impressed. I have been trying to customize a layout because I have so much information that I need to maintain on each client that I need more than the allowed number of fields on the "user-defined fields" page (apparently 40?). My first question is, can I add multiple layouts (pages of information)? Second, can I name the layout. Right now, it just says "User-defined". Third, the program runs VERY slowly as compared to Outlook 2003. Fourth, every once in a while, when I try to access the Business Contact Manager, I get an error message saying "Cannot display the folder. This action cannot be completed because Business Contact Manager cannot access the database. The database is currently stopped." When I go to select the database, the operation fails; then it opens the 'create or select a Business Contact Management datbase' dialog box and when I select the database and click "Connect", it fails. Any possible reasons? Fifth, how do you view the other forms or pages in the preview pane? I can only get General. Finally, if I don't want to stay with this program, how can I revert back to Outlook 2003 and make sure I retain my data? I need help.

You'll probably get better and more informed answers in a BCM group. This is
an Outlook programming group.
