Default Multiple addins - control order that ItemSend is called

Does anyone know, when multiple addins are registered, if there is any way to
control the order that ItemSend is called for each addin?

For Outlook 2003 the default seems to be reverse alpha order of the prog
IDs. We need to override the default ordering if possible.

Not possible. The load order and therefore the event chain is
non-deterministic.
