push button on outlook toolbar inserts text to email

I am tired of typing in the same text over and over. I want to be able
to click "reply" and then a button will appear called "common text 1"
that I click, and it inserts the text into the email. Then I click
send.

I have found several utilities costng $100 and would like to find a
free one. Is there one?
