Default how to I restore names & addresses backed up on a hard drive

Exactly how did it not work? Do you mean you couldn't drag the PST from the
disk in Windows Explorer and drop it into My Documents? That's highly
unusual.

suggested to uncheck to read only file. It will not allow me to do
this as "access is denied"


Russ meant to copy it to the hard drive first, then remove the read-only
attribute from the hard drive copy. You cannot remove the read-only
attribute from a file remaining on the CD.
