Well, according to the Microsoft Help section in Outlook 2003, Juno is
supported.
I did a search in the help section of Outlook using "web mail" and came up
with the demo "Set up your Internet e-mail account to work with Outlook". I
followed the instructions which were specific for Juno (there were detailed
instructions for about a dozen different Internet web email sites) but still
am getting the same error messages as others on this forum.

I emailed Juno 2 days ago but am still waiting for a response.
