I've had the same problem for a week. But I also can't send emails. I'm
getting my email from Comcast and Network Solutions web mail accounts.
Comcast wasn't any help top me, they just went through the standard
reconfiguration exercise (twice) and then said, sounds like a microsoft
problem. I took my laptop to a tech who looked it over and even installed a
Foxfire browser because he thought it might be a problem with Explorer. No
work. Hopefully someone will come up with a solution soon.
