Hmmm, if he right clicks on his Contacts folder and chooses Properties, is
the "Show this folder as an email address book" box checked on the Outlook
Address Book tab?

A colleague of mine has created some Contacts and when you e-mail direct

the Contacts window using the 'send e-mail to contact' icon, it works
fine.
However, when you go into create a new message, click onto To and select
Contacts, they don't appear? The only thing you can see are his
