That's just it - it doesn't use all the electronic adresses from the chosen
contacts; just the default 'E-mail' one!

If it is supposed to act as you describe, it does not on my version - MS
Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) SP3.

Do I need a fix or is their an option somewhere that needs to be ticked?

You're wrong on that. Highlight as many as you wish, including an entire
group, then click ActionsNew Message to Contact. The Compose widnow that
appears will have your entire selection in the "To" field.
