I tried to move a calendar from my personal folder to shared
information. I right clicked on the calendar name, chose "move" and
then selected a folder in shared information. I got a message that
said that I did not have permission to move the calendar to shared
information, and that the calendar was now being autmatically
removed. The calendar is now gone from my personal folder and I
cannot find it. I realize that I should have chosen "copy" instead
of "move" but that doesn't help me right now. Is there any way to
retrieve the calendar?

Are you using Exchange? Was the calendar your default calendar? Outlook
version?
