That's not the most ideal way to transport your contacts from Outlook to
Outlook Express. Instead, on the machine where Outlook is installed, use
FileImport and ExportExport to a file. Select "Comma Separated Values
(Windows)" and click Next. Select the Contacts folder and click Next.
Enter the name of the file where you'd save the contacts (or browse), and
click Next, then Finish.

Transport this file (which is just a text file) to the system with Outlook
Express and put it in some folder on the hard drive. Start Outlook Express
and click FileImportOther Address Book. Select "Text file (COmma
Separated Values)" and click Import. Browse to the file you saved, select
it, click OK, then Next, then Finish. All done.
