How do I use e-mail 2 and e-mai 3 adresses in Outlook?
Use the New Message to Contact option in the Actions menu. For every
installation I've ever seen, that will use all the electronic address fields
a Contact has.

I'm using Outlook 2002.
By "hit the email button" i mean the "New message to contact" icon on the
Standard Toolbar.
This is a very straight forward issue: How do we send an email to all the
addresses we have for a contact (E-mail, E-mail 2, E-mail 3)
automatically,
rather than just the default "E-mail"?
Many thanks

"Hit the email button?"
Clarify what you're doing. Include your Outlook version.
Actions New Message to Contact will use all email addresses for each
Contact.

I am having a similar problem usiing Outlook Contacts.
When I select a series of contacts (all contacts from within a
particular
category view, for example) and hit the email button, I get the
correct
email
window with all the "E-mail" field contents within the "To" field.
What I want to do is to send to all the email addresses for each
contact.
Can you help?

PS From your description you are using the Windows Address Book, not
the
Outlook Address Book.

I knew I could do that. My question centered on when I create a
new
email
message and click on the TO button, my Contacts list opens (as it
should).
When I double click a contact, the default email address is the
one
used
for
the message. I wanted to know how to invoke the second or third
email
address without changing the default.
I think I just figured it out. Start a new email message, click
on
the TO
button and the Contacts list opens. Right click on the contact
with
multiple
email addresses and, in the pop up window, select Action, then in
the
next
pop up window select Send Mail To. The final pop-up window shows
all
of
the
email addresses stored for the contact. Select the one to use for
this
message. None of this is explained in the Outlook Help stuff.
Thanks anyway for trying.

Just like any other: You enter them in the To: field of a
message.

Outlook 2000 lets me enter up to 3 email addresses for each
contact.
The
second and third are titled "E-mail 2" and "E-mail 3."
However,
there
is
no
explanation as to how to use these additional email addresses.
