The only way you can make a copy of a DL in Outlook is to move it to another
folder.

How do I copy & paste one distribution list to another?
I have a distribution list that is getting too big (too many emails).

like to break it into 5 pieces by alphabetic groups, say A-D, etc.

I figure that if I can find a way to copy the original distribution

5 other distributions lists, I can easier go back to each one to delete
unrelated entries and I'll end up having 5 distribution lists. But my
problem is: I do not know how to copy & paste one distribution list to
