Copy Outlook.pst to a new location.
Rename Outlook.pst to Outlook.old at the old location.
Restart Outlook and Outlook wil ask where your Outlook.pst is.
Select Outlook.pst at the new location. Done.

Thanks for the info. Your description is accurate for the Outlook.pst
file. I should have added one additional piece of info, this was not
the Outllok.pst file but simply another folder I use for sorting and
saving some of my email.

I did find a Microsoft knowledge base article that gave me the info I
needed however. After moving the pst file I needed to use File|Open to
reload back into the folder list. But thanks for your rsponse.
