Default Missing MSVCR80.dll when starting Outlook 2007

Thank-you.. thank-you .. thank-you.. spent 3 days installing, reinstalling,
deleting..

This resolved my problem as well.

That file is no longer necessary since Outlook 2007 will automatically theme
all addins, even those written using VB 6. Most addins will need to be
updated to not place a manifest file if Outlook 2007 is installed.

Which addin was it that put the manifest file there? If it still exists
under a different name open it using Notepad. They author is usually
identified in the manifest file.
