Pretty sure I havne't modified any views (I don't know how to do that),
and
I'm the only user on this computer.

I don't see any pop-up, or a remove link, just the drop-down list. When I
highlight one of those 4 "Copy of Show All Messages" and try to delete it,
it doesn't delete.

OK. I got it now. View | Current View | Define Views | Highlight them
*there* | Click: Remove.
