Outlook should alllow sorting address book by email address.

It is the most frustrating TIME WASTER to have to scan every single
email address in the address book to find one.
Click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address
booksNext. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Set the sort
order there.
