outlook live (MOOL) will not install from the download or the CD. i get as
far as clicking on the "install" option, the programme installs MSN
installer, etc in about 2 seconds but then just stops. i get no error
windows or further prompts, just no activity. the same happens with the
download and the CD.
i'm running a dell latitude C400 with windows 2000 pro, SP4 and office 2000

any ideas anyone?
