I have the same problem.

It's really killing me because I have over 900 emails in my hotmail folder.
We are old hotmail accounts users that allows to still have the benifit to
use Microsoft Outlook/OE. I think it was after 2002 or 2003? they started
charging new hotmail members for the service.

Is this Microsoft Discussion Group avalible on Microsoft newgroups?

I imported mail messages from OE into Outlook. I started getting the
following.

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80004005) : 'Outlook's request to the server failed.
The server responded ''. '

Now I have a probel using OE with hotmail as well.

I have tried deleteing the accounts and adding them. No luck.

If I put an invalid password in, I still receive the above message,
nothing abount an in invlaid password.

Help appreciated
