Default Changing default folder for inserting files

Thanks, and your procedure is faster than using "My Docs" as a starting point.

Unless I have missed a step, this will procedure will open the
desired folder, but when a file is then located and double-clicked,
the file opens instead of inserting as it would if the file were
located and double-clicked after the default "My Documents" folder
first opens. Please let me know what I have missed.

Apparently you missed nothing. The final step should be to drag and drop
the desired file to the message to attach it.

I didn't invent the instructions and it may be possible to modify them to
have "Insert File" operate at that point instead of Windows Explorer, but I
don't have the time to experiment. Sorry for the less-than-perfect
procedure.
