You can start Outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch to delete all
custom views and reset the built-in ones back their default look and feel.

How to:
1) Select Start Run
2) Type: outlook.exe /cleanviews
3) OK button

There is a space between "outlook.exe" and "/cleanviews"
