Default How do I delete everything in Outlook?

Simple rename your Outlook.pst file to .old. (With Outlook closed of
course) Then create a new mail profile and use the default .pst file that
is created when you click close. Your old one is there to rename if you
decide that a new one did not solve your initial problem, which you failed
to specify.

There are seldom problem with a .pst file that cannot be solved short of
getting rid of the problem .pst. Why not post what your problem is to try
to get around having to lose all your saved data.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, AdamfromChi asked:

| Hi all,
|
| Basically, I just want to reset Microsoft Outlook 2003, so all the
| contacts, appointments, to-do, and messages are gone. I want to
| delete everything, so then I can start from scratch. I know a whole
| lot more about cell phones then computers, so I want to do the
| equivilent of a "hard reset" with Outlook. How can I do this?
