Default Outlook 2002 Problems

Hmm, try setting Outlook to use a LAN connection and let Windows handle the
dialing. When I was using dialup at home I used that configuration and it
worked pretty well.

I don't have it set up to poll. And, frankly, since I'm on dial up, I
generally disconnect after reading and sending my mail.

I did stay on line earlier today for a few minutes to see if the Send
function was just taking some time. That didn't seem the problem.

What I need to do is to read my mail, compose my replies, and then click
on Send/Receive again to get the mail out of the outbox.
