You may want to try renaming the "folders.dbx" file to something like
"folders_old.dbx" When you restart OE it will create a new folders.dbx file.
See if that helps. You can always restore the original. A side effect of
doing this is that is you have created nested folders they may become
un-nested. You can move them back where you had them. The "folders.dbx" can
become quite bloated after a while with old data you thought you had long
ago deleted.
