Are you dragging the selected cards to that category when you are in your
customized view?

After furious head scratching, Christopher asked:

| Tried view/arrange by/current view/customize current view/other
| settings. Still could not get all the cards to include the added
| category. I was able to add the category to one card at a time but
| was hoping I the changes could be made for all my contacts. Any help
| would be appreciated.
