Default Missing Folders.

The folder is still there but contains no data, so what 'exactally' do I do
here to at least get Outlook to function, as it opens but I get the
mentioned error when I try to send receive or select another folder.

I get the following error when trying to start Outlook, I checked and

here?
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The file C:\Documents and Settings\Shawn
Speelman\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is not a personal folders file.

I ran the inbox repair tool on the missing file and got the following
message: "This file cannot be reocvered because it is not large
enough to contain any useful data."

Something happened to your PST that has corrupted it seemingly beyond
repair. Without knowing what has happend on your PC recently, there's no
way to tell how this corruption occurred. You may simply have to bite the
bullet and start a new PST, making it your new delivery location.
