Default User Cannot See Calendar Shared Entries

Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 User A has shared his calendar with User
B. User B can open the calendar but cannot see any of the
appointments/entries on User A's calendar. No one else with whom the calendar
is shared has this problem. I ran the cleanfreebusy switch on user B's
computer. Now if she schedules a meeting including User A the free/busy
information is pulled into the schedule. However, if she looks at User A's
calendar the calendar is still blank. Next step suggestions?
