Default Opening Links In The Wrong Browser

Click on Edit and review the info in the graphic. The info in the box pointing to the "Application used to perform action" should read (and confirm that iexplore.exe is found at that location on your computer):

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

It sounds like your installation of the AOL Browser has hijacked the file
association for that action.
