Default How do I transfer my contacts from one computer to another?

The computer with the contacts on it is running Microsoft Office Professional
2003 and the computer I need to transfer the contacts to is running Microsoft
Office Small Business 2007. Please tell me how to tranfer all of my contacts
from one (2003) to the other (2007). Also is there anyway to network the two
computers so that when I update my contacts on one computer that it will
update on the other as well? Thank you in advance for your help with this
matter.
