Yes I have ensure the ISS Admin service is set to automatic and is
started.
I am typing the address in the "location" box right after I click "publish
to webdav" I get a dialogue box saying location, type of details to

Where are you trying to publish this calendar to? I think you need to
publish it to a folder on YOUR computer, and then share that folder.
