Default Meeting labeling

Then 2007 is the answer - both of you will need to use the same Category
list! And remove or turn off the Rule that deletes Categories from incoming
emails.

Thanks Judy, I'm using 2003 but I also have 2007 I've just been too busy
to
take the learning curve hit. If 2007 will resolve the issue then that is
one
more reason for me to make the move. I have been using categories and
these
stick but they don't make the visual impact that the labels do.

No.Labels are stripped by design.

Try using categories instead.

Which version do you have?
