It takes a while for the cache to become populated

thanks for the tip. I googled and found
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm which
explained the difference.

So I would expect that the reason Outlook completes
addresses for recipients I have been in recent contact
with is because it is using autocompletion.

So my problem seems to be that autoresolution is not
working.

I went to tools/options/email/advanced email options' and
'automatic name checking' and 'suggest names while
completing To etc' are both checked.

Any further thoughts?
