Thank you both

I did everything you said - I had already done it all before posting the
second time - and it's still the same.
It says that there are no documents with the necessary termination to copy
from. I can't understand why.
I understand your suggestions, they are logical and I have experienced them
before posting here...but it doesn't copy the contacts anyway.
Have you got any idea why? Because for me it's not logical...and as I've
said before, it's the first time I'm trying to work with outlook.
Thnks again.

Thnks Brian Tilman but it didn't work...
It did for me.
I don't know if having the windows vista is a problem (I understand
it is still imature) but anyway, what happens is:
I do the "export", "save" and then "import" it to outlook but the
extension is wrong (that's what it says - there is no document with
the .vcs or .ics termination).
Are you trying to import into Windows Contacts or Outlook? Windows Contacts
expects the VCS file. Outlook expects a CSV file. Choose the middle radio
button for Outlook.
