Outlook 2007 Freezes
This has nothing to do with deleting the .ost file. I tried this months ago.
Its strictly an Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003 issue on all computers in the
domain. Outlook 2003 is unaffected.

If I were you, I would just delete the .ost file and let Exchange rebuild
it.

After furious head scratching, SMC asked:
| Outlook 2007 freezes every morning about 90 minutes after being
| started. The following event is typically logged at the same time:
|
| Event Type: Information
| Event Source: Outlook
| Event Category: None
| Event ID: 30
| Date: 5/10/2008
| Time: 8:33:44 AM
| User: N/A
| Computer: SBS-Computer
| Description: The store C:\Documents and Settings\user.domain\Local
| Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is being
| reconciled with the indexer for the following reason: Non-matching
| max change numbers.
|
| This is Outlook 2007 Office SP1 with BCM running on WinXP SP3
| (problem also existed on SP2) connected to an SBS 2003 Prem. r1
| server with Exchange 2003 (fully SP updated).

| Thanks, Mike
