I just tried this on my boss's pc and it didn't work. I am guessing
that it has something to do with the fact that his contacts are not
listed in the default 'Contact' folder but in a folder called
'Contacts in Mailbox...'. Our tech said that this is the only way we
can have it so that he can share his contacts with me. Please help!

Your boss should set his delivery location to be his mailbox, not a PST.
