Suddenly I cannot open Internet links that are included in Outlook (Office
2003) emails I receive. The pop-up days "the operation has been canceled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact your system
admin".

It's my PC and I am the administrator. The only thing I've done recently is
install/uninstall Firefox 3 beta.

How can I get my ability to open the links back?
