Default Outlook won't send large attachments

Sorry, but does this fix the issue of my email being able to send files of up
to 10MB?

Any suggestions on the other two issues with it not being able to access the
..pst files when the system has finished booting up or the other "serious
error" message received every time I close Outlook? And lastly, if I were to
just upgrade at this point to Office 2007, would it repair these issues?

Thanks Brian

Here was my original message, and I had follow the instruction of
Frenchy, who had responded back with going in and changing the time
out value, so I ended up with that message, and yes, it's what
produced the response of "that account name is already in use"

I'm not surprised. Frenchy didn't suggest anything that appears to me to
address your problem. To change the server timeout value for an account in
Outlook 2003, click ToolsE-mail AccountsNext. Select your account, click
Change, then More Settings. On the Advanced tab is where you'll find the
timeout value.
