It is not necessary to create a separate Contacts Folder for a mail
merge if you start the merge from Outlook. Just select the category
first, then perform the merge to "selected Contacts."

D'oh! You and I did this once before, didn't we? I forgot about this then,
and still don't remember it. Maybe I'll finally get it through my head.
