Sorry - now I have to set up my colleagues' Outlook 03 to send from
their new email addresses while still receiving incoming mail into
their old addresses. Their outgoing servers will remain the same, and
I have typed their new email addresses into the boxes you have
indicated in your graphic, but replying to messages sent to their old
addresses brings up the old email address. Are settings different in
03?
