Default Outlook 2007 Can't Close

Are you using policies? I don't know if there is one to prevent accidental
closing (which would be the reason for the policy).

My Domain Users cannot close Outlook 2007 with their domain profile.
But they can open/close other Office 2007 application. Anyone know a
fix to this?

what happens when they try?

Domain Users just can't close the application. They click on x box on top
right corner, click File\Exit... nothing happens...

Only way to close the application, is CTRL+ALT+DEL then kill the process.

Any ideas?
