make a new profile - if the show folder as address book is grayed out on the
contact's folder properties, you need a new profile.

There is no such option labeled "add this contacts list as an address
book",
since Outlook doesn't use the term "contacts list". There is an option
"Show this folder as an e-mail Adress Book", in the properties of a
contacts
folder, however, so be explicit in describing what you mean and exactly
what
you're trying to do. Does your mail profile contain the Outlook Address
Book service?
