Are you trying to be a pain or what? All I want is to know how one can set up
a common contact list in Outlook while still having a private contact list.
First, can it be done? Second, how does one go about doing it? We do not have
an IT person around to set this up.

Was this supposed to mean something to me? Hard to imagine a more opaque

I am on a share PC with Vista. The company has an webserver that is used
for
all the email. Right now all my contact in my address book are on the PC
and
so is everyone else's. Eventually this PC will be act as a server for all
down the road as we add more pc's for each person.

You sure left out any relevant information.
Start at the beginning. Are you using Exchange Server? If not, how else
were
you proposing that you would share Outlook data?

Is is possible to set up a Common Contact List that everyone in the
office
can access and add too? I also want everyone to be able to have their
own
private contact list as well.
