Is this even possible?? When I enter phone number with spaces, Outlook
2007 inserts brackets
automatically. This is just another one of those immensely irritating
features of MS products that appears to have no 'off switch'.

(And don't get me started on the question as to 'why can't we have a
standard formatting for phone numbers??' -some countries group the
numbers in pairs, some in threes, some with brackets, some without... )
