his/her Outlook and then save it without anyone know that the message was

Only if using RMS (Rights Management Services) in a Windows Server 2003
environment AFAIK....otherwise once an email has left your machine then
the recipient can do anything they like with it.
Please note for the future - you will get better Outlook answers by
posting to an Outlook group only. Outlook is not part of Windows.
